Stephen, excellent point and it happens all of the time with carriers. I imagine that you take the exact same steps in Colorado that we do for clients here in Cincinnati… We re-shop the market!  That&#039;s the real value and power of having your insurance with an independent insurance agent versus a captive agent from State Farm, Allstate, or Nationwide. Insurance companies introduce a &quot;new program&quot; at lower rates than you currently have, but they don&#039;t give them to you.  You have to call your agent and get moved to take advantage of the new rate.  Or your agent has to trigger the move.  If this catches on, it is a game changer.  This exact scenario was the downfall of the individual health insurance market.  If you have a claim, you get stuck with higher and higher rates.  I bet Pathways Insurance takes care of their renewal clients!]]></description>
