If you have already obtained your insurance quotes and want to learn how to start your new policies, the first step that we want to take is to verify that we have all of your correct information. 

We will need drivers license numbers + Social Security numbers + the car serial numbers for all vehicles that we will be covering.  In addition if any driver is a full-time student we will need verification that they qualify for a good student discount.  Please do not e-mail that information to us for security reasons.  We will obtain that information from you over the telephone.  (Someone from our office may be calling you, or you may receive an automated call from our office because of your request with additional instructions.)

We can start your new insurance policy one of five different ways:

Over the Telephone – For the down payment you must have a credit card, debit card, or in some cases we can accept the payment over the telephone from your checking account. (Check by phone) You will need to fax or e-mail your application and paperwork to us.

By Mail– For the down payment you can mail a check or money order or you can pay by credit card, debit card, or in some cases we can accept the payment over the telephone from your checking account. (Check by phone)

By Email– For the down payment you must have a credit card, debit card, or in some cases we can accept the payment over the telephone from your checking account. (Check by phone) You will need to fax or e-mail your application and paperwork to us.

By Fax– For the down payment you must have a credit card, debit card, or in some cases we can accept the payment over the telephone from your checking account. (Check by phone) You will need to fax or e-mail your application and paperwork to us.

We will cancel your current insurance policy with the company you are insured with now.  

You will need to write in information on the highlighted areas and sign the cancellation request where it states signature of named insured marked with an “x”.  In addition we will need your policy number with the previous company + a contact telephone number for your previous agent.
